中新社北京11月25日电 (记者 李晓喻)针对欧盟将中国对欧盟白兰地临时反倾销措施诉至世贸组织(WTO)争端解决机制，中国商务部条约法律司负责人25日称，此次临时反倾销措施是正当贸易救济措施，完全符合WTO规则。

日内瓦时间11月25日，欧盟在WTO争端解决机制项下就中国对欧盟白兰地临时反倾销措施向中方提起磋商请求。

对此，商务部条法司负责人表示，中方收到欧方磋商请求，将按照世贸组织相关规则处理。

该负责人指，中方作为WTO成员，一贯审慎、克制使用贸易救济措施，维护公平、自由贸易。此次采取临时反倾销措施，是依据中国法律、应国内产业申请，在经过公平、公正调查后，采取的正当贸易救济措施，完全符合WTO规则。中方有责任维护国内产业的正当诉求和合法权益。
