智通财经APP获悉，英国石油(BP.US)首席执行官Murray Auchincloss周一表示，他预计即将上任的特朗普政府将改革和简化美国的许可和监管程序，这将有助于该公司和整个能源行业。
Auchincloss表示：“我们期待着特朗普的总统任期。我们认为这是一个很好的机会，可以帮助美国重新推进建设，进行监管改革，加快审批。”
英国石油总部位于英国，但其一半以上的资产和现金流都在美国，Auchincloss对该公司到2030年在美国的业务持乐观态度。
Auchincloss还表示，全球石油需求继续出人意料地上升，每年平均增长1%左右，具体取决于经济环境，他预计未来5-10年全球石油消费将强劲增长。
英国石油预计，本十年北美天然气需求将增长20%-30%，并有机会与渴求能源的人工智能公司合作。
Auchincloss拒绝透露他是否同意埃克森美孚(XOM.US)首席执行官Darren Woods等人反对特朗普让美国退出2015年巴黎气候协议的立场。
