智通财经APP讯，创升控股(02680)发布公告，于记录日期并无除外股东，因此并无除外股东未售出供股股份;及于2024年11月20日(星期三)下午四时正(即最后接纳时限)，已接获可认购合共1786.55万股供股股份(相当于供股项下提呈发售的供股股份总数约89.33%)的有效申请合共为五份。余下213.45万股未获认购供股股份(相当于供股项下提呈发售的供股股份总数约10.67%)将受补偿安排规限。
根据上市规则第7.21(1)(b)条，本公司已作出安排，透过向独立承配人提呈发售未获认购供股股份的方式出售213.45万股未获认购供股股份，收益拨归该等因供股而获要约的股东所有。概无有关供股的额外申请安排。
