知乎与腾讯续签框架协议
财中社11月26日电知乎（02390/ZH）发布公告，宣布与腾讯计算机及上海阅霆续签多项框架协议。公告中提到，现有的腾讯框架协议和阅文框架协议将于2024年12月31日到期，董事会决定在2024年11月26日与腾讯计算机签订2025年腾讯框架协议，以及与上海阅霆签订2025年阅文框架协议。这些协议自2025年1月1日起生效，为期三年。
根据2025年腾讯框架协议，知乎将向腾讯提供营销服务和云端技术服务，相关年度上限分别为5850万元、7300万元和9100万元。历史交易金额显示，过去两年提供的营销服务金额分别为2340万元和2430万元。此外，云端服务的历史交易金额为1.33亿元和1990万元。2025年阅文框架协议则规定，公司向阅文集团支付的金额年度上限为1300万元、1600万元和2000万元，历史交易金额为510万元、890万元和340万元。
此外，知乎还与腾讯计算机签署了支付服务框架协议，腾讯将在2024年12月1日至2026年12月31日期间提供支付服务，相关年度上限为500万元、1000万元和1300万元。董事会认为上述交易条款公平合理，符合公司的整体利益。
