智通财经APP获悉，肉类产品加工企业荣业食品(WYHG.US)通过其在中国大陆的子公司进行了美国存托凭证(ADS)的首次公开发行，总计205万股，每股定价4.00美元，将在纳斯达克上市。此次发行预计于2024年11月26日开始交易，股票代码“WYHG”，并可能通过承销商行使绿鞋机制额外发行至多307,500股ADS，预计总筹资额可达820万美元，整个发行流程预计将于11月27日左右完成。资金将主要用于生产线升级与扩建、市场营销、新产品研发以及日常运营和一般企业事务。
荣业食品表示，此次发行筹集的资金将主要用于四大方面：一是升级现有的生产线，提高生产效率和质量;二是建立新的生产线，以扩大产能和产品线;三是加强营销和推广活动，提升品牌知名度和市场份额;四是投入新产品研发，以保持市场竞争力。此外，部分资金还将用于公司的营运资金和一般企业事务，以确保公司的稳健运营和持续发展。
