公告称，净溢利减少的主要原因乃由达成协议出售集团于南通江海电容器有限公司(南通江海)的部分投资后对集团于南通江海持有的权益的会计处理方法变更、按公允值计入损益的财务资产公允值变动收益以及按摊销成本计量的债务投资信贷亏损拨备减少共同造成。
