智通财经APP讯，中国中铁(00390)发布公告，《2021年限制性股票激励计划》预留部分授予登记完成日为2022年11月30日，自相应部分限制性股票登记完成之日起24个月后的首个交易日起至相应部分限制性股票登记完成之日起36个月内的最后一个交易日当日止为第一个解除限售期，可解除限售数量占限制性股票数量的比例的1/3，《2021年限制性股票激励计划》预留部分的限制性股票将于2024年12月2日进入第一个解除限售期。
本次符合解除限售条件的预留部分授予的激励对象共计50人，可申请解除限售的限制性股票数量为395.81万股，占各激励对象已获授予限制性股票总数的33.20%，约占公司目前股本总额的0.02%。
本次解锁的限制性股票上市流通日为2024年12月2日。
