智通财经APP获悉，百德国际(02668)早盘低开近12%，截至发稿，跌11.86%，报0.26港元，成交额10.14万港元，总市值仅12亿港元。
消息面上，百德国际公布，近期接获由广东省深圳市中级人民法院颁布的书面民事判决书，内容有关由银行提出法律诉讼，以收回借款合同项下之未偿还金额。根据民事判决书，深圳金胜须偿还金额合共为2.79亿元人民币之贷款本金，并向银行支付约780万元之贷款利息，以及有关违约的相应违约利息及复利。
据悉，香港证监今年9月中旬曾就百德国际的股权分布进行查讯。查讯结果显示公司股权高度集中，该公司只有2.17亿股或已发行股本的4.65%由其他股东持有。公司则表示，确认于9月4及16日，不少于25%的公司已发行股份由公众人士持有，且公司可遵循联交所证券上市规则项下的公众持股量规定。
