消息面上，心泰医疗发布公告，宣布与乐普医疗于2024年10月21日签署了委托产品相关框架协议，旨在续约即将到期的现有协议。根据新协议，心泰医疗将在2025年1月1日至2027年12月31日期间，购买乐普医疗生产的经导管植入式主动脉瓣膜系统，并获得其独家授权进行销售和经销。
公告中提到，历史交易金额截至2022年、2023年及2024年9月30日分别为2798万元、1798万元及660万元，利用率分别为99.93%、99.89%及60.00%。建议的年度上限为4000万元、6000万元及8000万元，预计未来三年的交易将根据市场需求逐年增加。
