1435 GMT - Air Canada wants to scan your face to get you boarded quicker. The Canadian flagship airline will launch its digital identification program next month as a boarding option for all domestic flights at the Vancouver airport. The idea is to "offer travellers the convenience and security of digital recognition at the gate to confirm their identities" to "reduce wait times and provide a more convenient and hassle-free journey." Travellers will have to enroll for the service, which is optional. The program will launch Dec. 3 and roll out in more airports across Canada. (adriano.marchese@wsj.com)
