智通财经APP讯，润中国际控股(00202)发布截至2024年9月30日止6个月中期业绩，该集团取得收益4613万港元，同比增加3.42%;公司拥有人应占亏损6773万港元，同比减少63.76%;每股亏损0.929港仙。
公告称，亏损减少主要由于以下各项的净影响所致集团投资物业公平值变动亏损减少61.2%至约3043.5万港元(截至2023年9月30日止6个月：7846.2万港元);并无提前偿还应付一间关联公司款项的亏损(截至2023年9月30日止6个月：1744.4万港元)，该款项已计入去年的其他收入及亏损净额;期内取得贸易及其他应收账款的预期信贷亏损(预期信贷亏损)拨备净额约2734.5万港元，而去年则取得贸易及其他应收账款的预期信贷亏损拨回净额约9.8万港元;税项开支减少45.7%至约1585.4万港元(截至2023年9月30日止6个月：2918.6万港元);及因税项抵免而确认来自已终止经营业务的溢利约2932.9万港元(截至2023年9月30日止6个月：亏损2905.7万港元)。
