　　11月21日，中国铁塔发布公告，董事会建议按每10股每股面值人民币1.00元的现有股份合并为1股每股面值人民币1.00元的合并及经削减股份；及公司的已发行总股本由人民币1760.08亿元减少至人民币176.01亿元的基准实施建议股份合并及削减股本。
