美的将获东芝电梯中国控股权 预计交易将在今年第四季度完成
顺德企业收并购再有新动作。日前，美的集团股份有限公司的子公司海南美的楼宇科技有限公司与东芝电梯株式会社（以下简称“东芝电梯”）签署了股权认购协议，将收购股份并加入东芝电梯与其士国际集团有限公司在中国的电梯合资公司〔东芝电梯（中国）有限公司及东芝电梯（沈阳）有限公司，统称为“东芝电梯中国”〕。
据悉，此次交易完成后，美的将获得东芝电梯中国控股权。美的表示，本次交易将遵循中国的常规监管程序，包括完成反垄断审查，预计交易将在2024年第四季度完成。
据了解，东芝电梯中国将继续在中国市场以东芝品牌开发、设计、制造、销售电梯，并提供安装及维保服务，并向东芝电梯株式会社的非中国区业务提供产品、零部件和技术支持。
