瑞鑫国际集团(00724.HK) 公布，上周三(20日)接获联交所复牌指引函件，要求公司须刊发上市规则项下规定之所有未发布财务业绩，并解决任何审核修订；证明公司已遵守上市规则第13.24条；重新遵守第3.10(1)、3.21、3.27A及3.28条；以及知会市场所有重大资料，以供公司股东及投资者评估其状况。
瑞鑫国际集团表示，董事会在其财务顾问的协助下，正物色潜在核数师以填补公司核数师的空缺，并寻求相关报价。公司亦一直在定期及不时就资金需求及未来业务计划，与其主要股东进行积极沟通，以促进截至2024年6月30日止六个月的中期业绩的刊发，以及公司股份在联交所尽快恢复买卖。
另外，瑞鑫国际集团股份已自今年9月2日起暂停在联交所买卖，并将继续暂停买卖，直至公司履行复牌指引为止。(js/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
