智通财经APP讯，今米房集团(08300)公布截至2024年9月30日止6个月中期业绩，收益约1160万港元，同比减少约33.7%。公司拥有人应占亏损639.8万港元，同比收窄41.27%;每股基本及摊薄亏损为0.24港仙。
公告称，收益减少主要归因于期内香港近期经济不明朗及本地餐饮行业不稳定导致餐饮及相关业务收益减少，惟被销售及分销食品及酒品业务所得收益部分抵销。亏损减少乃主要由于期内确认终止租赁的一次性收益约530万港元，此乃主要由于提前终止公司于香港餐饮业务的若干租赁协议。该影响被同期收益减少部分抵销。
