【高盛略上调敏华控股目标价2% 评级沽售】金十数据11月26日讯，高盛发报告指：略上调敏华控股(01999.HK)目标价1.9%，从5.2港元升至5.3港元，评级沽售。高盛下调对敏华控股2025-2027年每股盈利预测1%，主要基于：最新的业绩；国内增长差于预期；欧洲的增长快于预期；高盛对利润率前景的预测仍保持谨慎。高盛认为，管理层对于之后遇到的困难直言不讳，包括国内市场需求疲弱，销售单价/同店销售压力等，不过他们对欧洲市场继续充满信心。高盛对管理层的看法表示支持，不过认为欧洲市场的强势无法完全抵消国内市场的疲弱。敏华控股派中期股息每股0.15港元，同比持平。管理层表示，公司已经完成国内市场的产能扩张，正消化过剩产能。因此不会有针对建设中国新工厂的资本支出，若商业环境没有太大变化，派息将持续稳定。
