　　金风科技（02208）早盘继续走高，近三日累计涨约20%。截至发稿，股价上涨6.65%，现报6.90港元，成交额7402.67万港元。

　　中信证券指出，国电投变更风机招标评分规则，最低价中标或成历史。风机报价明显修复，恶性竞争或将结束。随着风机招标评分机制的改变，风机企业将由此前过度追求低价转向进一步重视产品质量，且在国内风电装机需求有望持续复苏的背景下，风电产业链价值量有望稳步回升。该行指出，价格回升+需求回暖+结构优化，整机盈利有望持续改善。
