消息面上，四环医药发布公告，公司建议分拆轩竹生物并于联交所主板独立上市其H股。分拆公司H股于联交所主板独立上市构成该公司根据第15项应用指引分拆分拆公司。联交所已确认该公司可进行建议分拆。
分拆公司拟通过全球发售方式发售其H股。全球发售的详情尚未落实。于本公告日期，该公司间接拥有分拆公司56.47%的股份。按计划，于建议分拆及上市完成后，分拆公司将仍为该公司的附属公司。
于2024年11月25日，分拆公司向联交所提交上市申请表格(A1表格)，申请分拆公司的H股于联交所主板上市及买卖。
