贝壳回购62万股 支付400万美元
财中社11月28日电贝壳（02423/BEKE）发布公告，披露截至2024年11月27日的股份变动情况。公告显示，公司已发行股份总数为34.8亿股，当日回购了62万股，回购价为每股6.37-6.54美元，合计支出约400万美元。
此外，根据回购授权，公司在2024年6月14日获得的决议中，允许回购总数为3.68亿股，而截至目前已回购4956万股，约占已发行股份的1.348%。公告中提到，回购股份将于2024年12月27日前暂停新股发行或库存股份转让的相-关计划。
