归创通桥回购5万股 支付55.5万港元
财中社11月28日电归创通桥-B（02190）发布公告称，公司于2024年11月28日回购了5万股普通股，回购价格为每股11-11.16港元，回购总额为55.5万港元。截至公告日，公司库存股份数量增至298万股，总已发行股份为3.22亿股。
此外，公司自2024年6月6日获得回购授权，允许回购的股份总数为3224万股。目前已根据回购授权回购的股份数量为298万股，占回购授权决议通过时已发行股份（不包括库存股份）数量的0.8979%。
