智通财经APP获悉，维他奶国际(00345)续涨超3%，该股昨日一度涨超30%，最终收涨逾19%。截至发稿，涨3.26%，报12.02港元，成交额5577.7万港元。
消息面上，信和置业主席黄志祥胞弟黄志达申报，于11月21日在场内买入410万股维他奶，每股平均作价10.3169港元，涉资4229万港元。黄志达股权权益由11.87%增至12.26%。据悉，10月以来，其持续通过旗下杨协成（新加坡上市饮品公司）及家族办公室增持维他奶。当月初，其持股比例尚且不足5%。
里昂发布研报称，维他奶的利润率回升是未来中期盈利增长的主要动力。报告中称，维他奶9月底止上半财年销售额按报告基准计算同比上升2%，而内地销售额大致持平，香港销售额同比上升3%。得益于有利的原材料价格下降和严格的销售及分销成本控制，其营业利润率同比增长2.4个百分点。公司目标是在今财年下半年实现正销售增长，尤其是在内地方面，并继续扩大利润率。
