消息面上，红星美凯龙公告，于2024年11月26日，成都美凯龙与建发商管订立委托经营管理协议，据此，成都美凯龙委托建发商管为MKL生活美学中心作为购物中心商业商场项目提供开业筹备、招商运营及开业后的经营管理等服务。
此外，11月8日晚间，红星美凯龙发布公告，拟将旗下的北京至尊MALL物业资产及位于山东省烟台的红星美凯龙建材生活商场共同作为底层资产，通过向合格投资者募集资金并设立资产支持计划，发行规模不超过27.5亿元，期限不超过18年。公开数据显示，两个底层资产去年以来均亏损。
