粤海投资（00270）早盘上涨4.67%，现报4.93港元，成交额4417.11万港元。

　　粤海投资宣布，将于下月9日举行董事会会议，藉以考虑及批准向公司股东宣派和派发特别股息建议，及处理任何其他相关事项。美银证券此前发表研报称，粤投盈利较佳的广州房地产发展项目将于明年起确认利润，而且房地产库存的敞口将会减少，预计明年的股息有上升潜力。

　　申万宏源则指出，考虑水务主业表现稳健，同时今年前三季度公司地产板块均未减值，且地产存货规模减小，叠加宏观政策逐步落地，预计今年地产存货减值压力有望减小，上调公司2024-2026年盈利预测。给予目标市值410亿，上调至“买入”评级。
