汇丰环球研究发表报告指出，湖南省长沙于周一(25日)宣布将其一级居民用气价格每立方米上调0.16元人民币，加幅为5.6%，自12月1日起生效。该行认为，是次价格调整规模较其他城市小，且未完全反映此前采购成本上涨。
然而，该行仍将其视为利好消息，表明政府致力于开放天然气定价，并专注于提升长期营运质量，特别是在与新奥能源(02688.HK) 的特许经营权于2023年到期后又延长的情况下。
