成都高速(01785.HK) 公布，附属公司成温邛高速公司昨日(27日)，与温江区政府签订温江区段征地拆迁协议。
成都高速表示，经签订温江区段征地拆迁协议的主要条款与公告所载者盖无重大变动。另外，董事仍认为，温江区段征地拆迁协议及其项下拟进行的交易属公平合理，按正常商业条款进行，且符合公司及股东的整体利益。(js/w)
