Pro Medicus's (ASX:PME) US Unit, Visage Imaging, has signed a ten-year, AU$330 million contract with Michigan-based health care not-for-profit Trinity Health, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
Under the contract, Visage Imaging will replace Trinity Health's picture archiving and communication system (PACS) with its cloud-based imaging platform, Visage 7, the filing said.
This will provide Trinity Health with a unified diagnostic platform.
Implementation of the platform is set to start immediately, with multi-phased go-lives expected to start in the early third quarter of fiscal 2025, the filing added.
The company's shares rose 9% in recent Thursday trade.
