中电控股(00002.HK) 旗下中电集团附属中电源动分别与中海油油广东水运清洁能源签署意向性协议成立合资公司，提供液化天然气加注服务，以及与特来电签订合作协议，扩大在大湾区电动车充电及其他创新能源业务的合作。
根据中电源动与中海油的意向性协议，拟成立的合资公司将为香港水域的船舶和其他海船销售和供应液化天然气作为船用燃料，合作有助于液化天然气加注服务在大湾区的发展，巩固香港作为国际航运中心的地位。
