智通财经APP讯，百利达集团控股(08179)公布，于2024年11月21日下午四时正(即接纳供股股份及缴付股款以及申请额外供股股份及缴付股款的最后时限)，已接获合共 10份有效申请及接纳，根据暂定配额通知书及额外申请表格有效接纳及申请的约4.75亿股供股股份，相当于供股项下可供认购约7.165亿股供股股份总数约66.3%。因此，供股认购不足额为约2.42亿股供股股份，相当于供股项下可供认购供股股份总数约33.7%。
鉴于供股股份认购不足，董事认为接纳全部有效额外申请表格并向有关申请人悉数配发额外供股股份属公平合理。因此，概不会寄发全部及部分未能成功申请额外供股股份的退款支票。
章程载列就供股的所有条件均获达成，而供股已于2024年11月27日(星期三)下午四时正成为无条件。
供股净筹约4710万港元，约4050万港元用于偿还将于2025年2月或之前到期未偿还贷款;及约660万港元用作集团的一般营运资金，预期将于12个月内动用。
