联华超市(00980.HK) 公布，种晓兵已辞去执行董事、战略委员会委员、环境、社会及管治(ESG)委员会主席、总经理及授权代表职务，自昨日(27日)生效。上述职务将由王晓琰接任，任期自昨日起至公司下一次股东周年大会结束之日止。
另外，张慧勤辞去董事会副董事长职务，惟继续担任执行董事、战略委员会委员及薪酬与考核委员会委员职务，同样自昨日起生效。(js/w)
