Automated equipment manufacturer Advanced Systems Automation (SGX:WJ9) has executed a deed poll and entered a warrant agency agreement with Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services for its rights cum warrants issue, according to a Wednesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The issue offers three rights shares for every two held, with two warrants for every three rights shares subscribed.
