智通财经APP讯，郑州银行(06196)发布公告，根据《中华人民共和国公司法》及公司章程的相关规定，经本行第七届董事会提名委员会审议通过后，董事会建议重选或选举董事的提名如下：
(1)赵飞先生及李红女士各自为第八届董事会执行董事候选人;
(2)张继红女士、刘炳恒先生及卫志刚先生各自为第八届董事会非执行董事候选人;及
(3)李小建先生、王宁先生、刘亚天先生及萧志雄先生各自为第八届董事会独立非执行董事候选人。
根据公司法及公司章程的相关规定，经第七届监事会审议通过后，监事会建议重选徐长生先生和耿明斋先生各自为第八届监事会外部监事候选人。
董事会已审议通过委任李红女士为银行行长。李女士的行长任职资格须经河南金管局核准后生效，其作为本行行长的任期自其行长任职资格核准之日起。
