智通财经APP讯，和黄医药(00013)发布公告，经过与中国国家医疗保障局(国家医保局)的医保续约，沃瑞沙®(ORPATHYS®，赛沃替尼)将继续获纳入自2025年1月1日起生效的新版《国家基本医疗保险、工伤保险和生育保险药品目录》(医保药品目录)，并维持与现行两年期协议相同的条款。
沃瑞沙®是一种强效、高选择性的口服MET 酪氨酸激酶抑制剂(TKI)。其于2021年6月在中国获附条件批准，用于治疗特定的MET外显子14跳跃突变的非小细胞肺癌患者。中国肺癌患者人数占全世界肺癌患者总数的三分之一以上。在全球非小细胞肺癌患者中，约有2%-3%的患者伴有MET外显子14跳跃突变。
沃瑞沙®于2023年3月1日首次获纳入医保药品目录。中国政府高度重视改善人民群众用药的可负担性。截至2023 年底，基本医疗保险参保人数为13.3亿人，参保率稳定在95%左右。医保药品目录每年进行调整，获纳入目录的药品每两年重新进行续约。国家医保局每年召集一个广泛的专家网络，包括医学专家、药学专家、药物经济学专家和基金测算专家等，对创新药物准入医保药品目录进行更新和调整。乙类药物(包括创新肿瘤药物)的报销要求患者根据其居住省份或参加的医疗保险类型，支付不同比例的自付额。
