智通财经APP讯，TCL中环(002129.SZ)公告，公司与控股子公司Maxeon Solar Technologies, Ltd.(简称“Maxeon”或“MAXN”)签署了条款清单。公司有意向购买MAXN全资子公司SunPower Philippines Manufacturing Ltd.(Cayman)(简称“SPML”)的100%股权、 MAXN 非美国地区销售子公司的100%股权及包括Sunpower商标在内的相关有形及无形资产。
公告称，公司控股子公司MAXN是公司全球化业务发展的重要布局，拥有IBC电池-组件、Topcon电池工艺、叠瓦组件等系列专利，以及品牌和渠道等优势。为更好应对产业下行压力，充分发挥双方的比较优势和业务协同效应，进一步推动资源整合和优化配置，助力子公司业务结构优化，完善公司在全球市场的业务布局，公司拟实施本次交易。本次交易将有利于公司整合海外制造和渠道资源，提高协同管理能力，推动公司全球化业务发展。
