消息面上，中信证券指出，国电投对风机招标评分规则进行了优化，有助于推动风机价格回升，杜绝行业过度“内卷”，带动风电产业链价格企稳和厂商盈利修复。此外，根据每日风电微信公众号统计，2024年1-10月国内风机公开市场中标规模达126GW（+65% YoY），该行预计全年中标规模将达145GW左右，为2025年国内风电装机大幅复苏奠定基础；且其中海上风电随着各项审批逐步完成，以及政策支持力度持续加大，预计将加快开工装机，正式进入高增长阶段。
同时，受益于海外风电需求放量，国内头部整机厂在2022年以来海外中标规模明显提升的情况下，也将于2025年起进入海外项目集中确收阶段。因此，在国内装机需求和“双海”占比明显提升的情况下，随着整机价格有望企稳回升，风电厂商盈利有望持续改善。
