财中社11月28日电百融云（06608）发布公告，显示截至2024年11月28日，公司已发行股份总数保持在4.14亿股，当日公司回购了32万股，回购价格为每股9.3073港元，总支付金额为297万港元。此次回购的股份将拟作注销处理。
根据公告，回购股份的决议通过于2024年6月21日，授权回购的股份总数为4910万股。至今，已根据该授权回购的股份数量为1898万股，占授权决议通过时已发行股份（不包括库存股份）数目的3.865%。这表明公司在资本管理方面采取了积极措施，以提升每股收益和股东价值。
