财中社11月26日电极兔速递（01519）发布公告，报告截至2024年11月26日的已发行股份和库存股份变动情况。公告显示，公司在11月26日回购了68.4万股股份，回购价格为每股5.6689港元，总支付金额为388万港元。回购后，公司已发行股份总数为79.05亿股，库存股份则增加至1499万股。
此次回购股份的比例为0.00865%，相较于11月22日的已发行股份数目有所减少。
根据公告，回购股份的授权决议于2024年6月18日通过，允许公司回购的股份总数为8.81亿股，至今已回购1499万股，约占已发行股份的0.17%。公告还提到，回购后公司在未来30天内不得进行新股发行或出售库存股份。
