Cortina's Lim family raises stake via married deal at $2.90 each

The Lims now own 46.661% of the company

The Lim family controlling Cortina C41 Holdings has increased their stake following a married deal on Nov 22 where they bought 1.6 million shares for $4.64 million, or $2.90 each.

Following this deal with a party not named, their interest in the luxury watch retailer has increased to more than 77.26 million shares, equivalent to 46.661%, up from 45.695% previously.

Cortina shares last traded at $2.94, down 8.13% year to date.
