BOSS直聘回购40万股A类股 均价6.29美元
财中社11月28日电BOSS直聘（02076/BZ）发布公告，宣布根据首次公开发行后股份计划，计划受托人在2024年11月27日于市场上购买了40万股A类普通股，约占公司已发行及流通在外股份总数的0.04%。此次购买的每股平均代价为6.29美元，相关支出未计入在内。受托人目前持有的A类普通股余额为2656万股。
公司表示，将不时检讨并决定授予合资格参与者适合的A类普通股数量。截至公告日期，受托人尚未向任何合资格参与者授予股份奖励。此公告由公司创始人、董事长兼首席执行官赵鹏发布。
