Mondee Holdings (MOND) said late Tuesday it received a Nasdaq non-compliance notice due to a delay in filing its 10-Q quarterly report for the three months ended Sept. 30.

The company said it does not intend to submit a plan to Nasdaq to regain compliance and "does not plan to appeal Nasdaq's subsequent delisting of its common stock."

Additionally, the company appointed Finance Chief Jesus Portillo as its CEO after Prasad Gundumogula notified the board that he is taking a leave of absence as CEO.

Gundumogula will continue to serve as the board's chairman, while Portillo will retain his duties as CFO.
