太古股份公司A回购17.45万股 支付1123万港元
财中社11月26日电太古股份公司A（00019）发布公告，披露截至2024年11月26日的股份变动情况。公告显示，公司的已发行股份总数在此期间保持不变，仍为8.11亿股。
在回购股份方面，公司于2024年11月26日回购了17.45万股，回购价格为每股63.85-64.95港元，支付总额为1123万港元。
公司自2024年5月9日获得回购授权以来，已回购的股份总数达到2752万股，占当时已发行股份（不包括库存股份）数目的3.2956%。公告还指出，回购后，至2024年12月26日将实施暂时禁售期，期间不得进行新股发行或库存股份的出售。
另外，太古股份公司B（00087）同样在公告中提到，2024年11月26日回购了10.25万股，回购价格为每股10.22-10.3港元，支付总额为105万港元。自获得回购授权以来，已回购的股份总数为3098万股，占已发行股份（不包括库存股份）数目的1.0688%。
