智通财经APP获悉，科伦博泰生物-B(06990)午后飙升逾10%，截至发稿，涨5.34%，报187.5港元，成交额1.14亿港元。
消息面上，科伦博泰生物午间公布，旗下抗体药物偶联物(ADC)芦康沙妥珠单抗(sac-TMT)获国家药品监督管理局批准于中国上市。据介绍，相关药物针对治疗乳腺癌(BC)、胃癌(GC)、妇科肿瘤等晚期实体瘤。
另外，中国国家药监局早前已受理两项补充新药申请，分别是芦康沙妥珠单抗(sac-TMT)单药治疗经EGFR-TKI治疗后进展，或经EGFR-TKI和含铂化疗治疗后进展的局部晚期，或转移性EGFR突变非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者的申请。
