智通财经APP获悉，在多家媒体报道加拿大资产管理公司布鲁克菲尔德资产管理(BAM.US)已放弃将基立福(GRFS.US)私有化的计划后，这家血浆治疗公司股价周三美股盘前跌超18%。
据媒体援引基立福家族发言人的话表示，对该公司估值的分歧导致了这一决定。据悉，该家族已于9月同意与布鲁克菲尔德合作，将基立福私有化。
该发言人表示：“布鲁克菲尔德公司撤回了收购要约，因为双方在价格上存在分歧。该公司的价值(比布鲁克菲尔德的报价)高得多。我们会坚持我们的立场。”
上周，基立福董事会拒绝推荐布鲁克菲尔德的初步报价，该报价对这家西班牙公司的估值为64.5亿欧元(68亿美元)。基立福和布鲁克菲尔德的发言人拒绝就最新进展发表评论。
与此同时，有报道称，亿万富翁Grifols家族表示不会支持第三方提出的将该公司私有化的新提议。一位发言人表示：“该家族不会支持另一笔私有化交易。”
“我们非常高兴收到现有股东的来信，他们告诉我们公司的价值更高，我们将继续努力，使公司的价值进一步提高。”
