郑州银行拟更换审计机构，审计费用降至274万元
郑州银行（002936/06196）发布关于拟变更会计师事务所的公告。公司拟聘任信永中和会计师事务所（特殊普通合伙）及信永中和（香港）会计师事务所有限公司，取代原聘任的安永华明会计师事务所及安永会计师事务所。变更的原因是综合考虑业务发展、成本效益及审计服务需求等因素，并经过招标程序及评标结果的确认。原聘任的会计师事务所对此变更无异议。
公司拟支付2024年度审计服务费用合计为274万元（含内控审计费用34万元），较2023年度同口径服务费下降56万元。信永中和会计师事务所截至2023年末拥有245名合伙人和1,656名注册会计师，2023年度业务收入为40.46亿元，其中审计业务收入为30.15亿元。此项变更需提交股东大会审议后方可生效。
