智通财经APP讯，新城发展(01030)发布公告，鉴于近期市场的信息，基于审慎原则，并综合考虑本公司现有业务状况及对未来审计服务的需求，本公司建议更换核数师，并于与罗兵咸永道会计师事务所(罗兵咸永道)沟通后，罗兵咸永道同意辞任本公司核数师(核数师)。据此，罗兵咸永道已根据本公司与罗兵咸永道的共识提呈辞任核数师，自2024年11月25日起生效。
董事会进一步宣布，根据审核委员会建议，致同(香港)会计师事务所有限公司(致同)获委任为新核数师，自2024年11月26日起生效，以填补罗兵咸永道辞任后的临时空缺，任期直至本公司下届股东周年大会结束为止。
