丰盛控股(00607.HK) 公布，注意到附属公司中国高速传动(00658.HK) 于昨日(24日)作出内幕消息的公告。
丰盛控股表示，中国高速传动的若干附属公司从事贸易业务，并在2023年或前后订立若干商品买卖协议。截至今年10月31日，相关附属公司在该等协议项下合计已到期的应收款项及预付款项的总金额约66.4亿元人民币。截至昨日，相关款项尚未被偿付。而且该等协议的若干交易对手方对相关款项已到期并应支付一事提出了异议。
另外，中国高速亦注意到该等协议是在未经中国高速传动董事会批准的情况下订立，并已成立一个董事会独立委员会以进一步调查该等协议的背景。(js/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
