畅捷通与融联科技签署1亿元增资协议
畅捷通（01588）发布增资协议公告，公告日期为2024年11月25日。根据协议，本公司与融联科技同意以现金方式向公司增资共计1亿元，增资后公司的注册资本将从2亿元增加至3亿元。其中，本公司的出资额将由3856万元增加至5784万元，持股比例保持在19.28%不变。
增资事项的原因是为了满足中国人民银行对非银行支付机构的注册资本最低限额要求。增资完成后，融联科技的出资额将从1.61亿元增加至2.42亿元，持股比例保持在80.72%不变。增资协议的条款经双方公平协商，符合公司及其股东的整体利益，且符合上市规则的相关要求。
