金吾财讯 | 据港交所11月25日披露，轩竹生物向港交所主板提交上市申请，中金公司为独家保荐人。
公司是一家以创新为驱动、具有全球视野的中国生物制药公司。根据灼识咨询的资料，在公司的管线中，许多属于行业首创－KBP-3571，中国首款也是唯一一款自主研发的PPI；KBP-5081，中国首款也是唯一一款自主研发的碳青霉烯类抗生素（公司已在完成II期临床试验后对外授权）；及XZP-5849，中国首款自主研发的5型磷酸二酯酶(PDE5)抑制剂（公司已在完成I期临床试验后对外授权予第三方）。通过自主研发和资产对外授权双轨制，公司已迅速将这些候选药物推向市场，并已获得或提交5项NDA（包括在III期临床试验阶段转让的XZP-5695）。
财务方面，截至2022、2023年及截止2024年6月30日止六个月，年╱期内亏损及全面亏损总额分别录得5.12亿、3.01亿和1.11亿元人民币，研发开支分别录得4.01亿、2.39亿和7442.6万元人民币。于2023年6月，KBP-3571收到国家药监局的NDA批准并开始产生收入，于2023年及截至2024年6月30日止六个月分别为2.9万元及1600万元人民币。
