智通财经APP讯，时代电气(03898)公布，公司股东中车资产管理拟将其所持公司股份约938.08万股，占公司目前总股本比例为0.66%，通过大宗交易方式转让给公司控股股东中车株洲电力机车研究所有限公司。
本次权益变动属于同一控制人控制下不同主体内部持股调整，不涉及向市场减持，本次转让后，公司控股股东中车株洲所持有公司股份比例由41.87%增加到 42.53%，中国中车股份有限公司间接持有公司股份比例47.88%不变。
