10:56 ET - Burlington Stores gives an early prediction for 2025. The off-price retailer expects sales to grow by high single digits in 2025 through new stores, while comp sales growth will range between flat and 2% growth. CEO Michael O'Sullivan notes the outlook is hard to predict between the economy, state of the consumer and potential impact of tariffs, among other factors. But he reiterates that uncertainty and disruption offer a good setup for off-price retailers versus other forms of retail. "We know that the best posture for us is to plan conservatively and be ready to chase. That is what we have done this year. This playbook has worked well for us," says O'Sullivan on an earnings call.
