智通财经APP讯，沪港联合(01001)发布截至2024年9月30日止6个月业绩，该集团期内取得收入9.9亿港元，同比减少20.6%;公司拥有人应占溢利5490万港元，同比增加3.2%;每股普通股基本盈利8.6港仙;拟派发中期股息每股1.8港仙。
公告称，于本期间，随着钢铁供应回复正常，宏观经济渐趋稳定，钢铁价格亦出现了相应的下行调整。虽然整体交付量仅同比仅减少约10.4%，惟分部收入同比下降约23.0%，由约10.14亿港元减少至约 7.81亿港元。然而，集团的场外钢筋预制解决方案在中国香港继续被受市场关注，并获公私营项目相继采用，导致交付量同比增长约10.7%。受惠于高附加值的加工业务收入贡献不断增加、经济规模持续提升，以及行之有效的采购策略，本期间分部毛利率亦得以维持稳定。
